Property Clean-Out Services
Vacant and managed properties: clean-outs after a tenancy, eviction, abandonment, property transfer, or extended vacancy.
Deceased estates: respectful clearance carried out to the authorised contact's written instructions, with retained items identified before removal and the property left ready for its next step.
Pre-sale and settlement preparation: removal of unwanted contents, yard cleanup, and agreed minor maintenance to present the property cleanly.
Commercial and community sites: office, storage-area, shed, workshop, and general site clearances delivered to a confirmed scope.
Post-damage and post-repair cleanup: removal and cleanup following storm damage, insurance works, maintenance, or refurbishment.
What the Service Can Include
- Household contents, unwanted furniture, and general rubbish removal

- Internal and external property cleanup to the agreed scope
- Yard clearing, mowing, green-waste removal, and overgrowth reduction

- Sorting around clearly identified retained items and areas
- Skip-bin, transfer-station, and disposal coordination as required by the job
- Minor patching, painting, fixture removal, and property maintenance after clearance

The clean-out scope can be clearance only or combined with agreed cleanup, grounds work, and minor property maintenance so one contact can take the property through to handover.
How a Clean-Out Is Structured
Clear Instructions and Careful Handling
Every clean-out is carried out to the authorised contact's written instructions. This may be an owner, executor, estate representative, solicitor, property manager, housing provider, or responsible family contact.
Items and areas nominated for retention are identified before work begins. If something falls outside the confirmed instruction, it is left in place and raised with the contact rather than assumed to be waste. Access, keys, neighbours, building management, and handover timing can all be planned into the written scope.
Close-Out and Handover
On completion, the property is checked against the agreed scope. Before-and-after photographs, completion confirmation, and disposal records can be supplied where required for an estate file, property manager, housing provider, insurer, or commercial client.
Where the property also needs minor repairs, painting, flooring removal, grounds work, or make-good maintenance, those items can be included in the same written scope or quoted as the next stage.
Send through the property location, a few photographs, the approximate volume, access details, and what the property needs to look like at handover. We will confirm whether an inspection is required before pricing. Request a clean-out quote →
