We are looking for reliable tradespeople and labourers who show up, follow instruction, and work to a consistent standard. If you want structured, ongoing commercial work in the Dubbo region and can deliver on those basics, get in touch.

This work suits tradespeople and labourers with commercial site experience who want steady, structured work rather than domestic call-outs. It does not suit people who are unreliable, need chasing, or are not comfortable following documented procedures on managed sites.

We are accepting expressions of interest from labourers to support trade works across commercial, government, and NDIS maintenance sites. Work is ongoing, project-based, and allocated to people who have demonstrated reliability.

What's required:

On-time attendance, site compliance, and quality workmanship are non-negotiable. These are baseline expectations, not performance targets.

  • White Card (Construction Induction): mandatory
  • Reliable attendance: punctuality is a baseline requirement, not a preference
  • Physically capable of sustained manual labour on active commercial sites
  • Your own transport

What's preferred:

  • Trade experience or multi-trade exposure
  • Basic hand tools
  • Experience on commercial or government sites

DRM is a structured commercial maintenance operation delivering work to government agencies, insurance providers, and NDIS housing managers. Jobs are scoped, documented, and closed to a standard. The people who work with us operate on commercial and managed sites, handle work orders, and understand that documentation and presentation matter.

We are not building volume. We are building a reliable team that handles ongoing work consistently. People who perform well get more work. People who don't, don't get called again.
