What Happens When You Submit
Once your submission is received, we review the scope, confirm any details required, and respond with pricing or a clear next step, usually within one business day. If a site inspection is needed first, we confirm that timeline upfront.

Work orders received before 3:00pm are acknowledged the same day. For urgent make-safe, emergency response, or time-critical reactive works, call 02 5820 0975 directly. Do not submit via form for urgent matters.

If you are onboarding us as a contractor or require documentation for procurement purposes, we can provide:

- Workers Compensation documentation

- Capability statement and contractor onboarding documents to your template
