How Work Is Structured
How We Work With NDIS Providers
We operate as a trade contractor supporting registered NDIS providers, housing managers, support coordinators, and occupational therapists. Our role is to deliver the physical works (modifications, installations, and property maintenance) within the approval and documentation framework your organisation uses.
We align to your quote templates, funding line items, and reporting requirements. We do not invoice participants directly. If your organisation has a specific contractor onboarding process, documentation template, or compliance checklist, we work within it.
For providers managing multiple properties or participants across Central West NSW, we are available for planned maintenance programs and reactive engagement, same contractor, aligned to your workflow.
Communication and Reporting
We communicate directly with the registered provider, support coordinator, or OT throughout delivery, not with the participant independently. Progress updates, variation notifications, and completion documentation are directed to whoever manages the engagement on your end.
All close-out documentation is formatted to suit plan management, provider records, or SDA compliance files. If an OT is involved in specifying works, we can provide completion confirmation aligned to their recommendation to support NDIS review requirements.
For registered providers and housing managers who need a reliable Central West contractor (one that aligns to your workflows, documents every engagement, and delivers modifications that meet participant needs and compliance requirements) we are structured for ongoing provider relationships.
